For our new series, we will be posting a warm-up video every week! Our first one is the tail hunting game. In this, you all put a towel/scarf in the back of your pants, and try to snag it out. Penalties can vary from squats to push-ups to burpees. Variations can be done with 1 hand, crawling, in teams, ... Have fun and stay hydrated! 🌞🥤
