In this game, the goal is to touch the body parts you are told to touch, and when a colour is shouted, grab that cone as fast as you can ⚡
Some variations could include:
- different starting posions (lying, push-up hold, squat hold, ...)
- more distance
- only using 1 arm
- making it confusing by letting you grab the opposite cone than what was said
